Kyle Frank

Co Owner

Kyle worked for the Buckingham Branch Railroad in Human Resources, Customer Service, Sales and Management. He then moved over to the wellness industry and worked for FX Studios in Sales and FX Well in Account Management and Business Development. As SWL continued to grow, the timing was perfect for Kyle to join his brother in 2018 and help bring the business to the next level. Kyle brings a diverse business background and handles Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Legal and Business Development for SWL.  

Connor Frank

Co Owner

Connor apprenticed under John Lewis of Apsley Kennels before creating SWL in 2015.  Working with dogs comes naturally to Connor after growing up with many family Labrador Retrievers, but his time partnering with John Lewis made it clear that this is what Connor was meant to do. While working at Apsley Kennels, Connor immersed himself in Obedience and Retriever training and was able to gain hands-on experience running a 30 dog boarding operation. He has a deep passion and love for dogs that shows in his work. His clients refer to him as the "Dog Whisperer" and has accumulated close to 10 years of experience professionally working with dogs.

Jared Ulloa

Operations Manager

Jared worked for UCJ contractors as well as ran his own dog sitting business before coming to SWL in 2024. Jared grew up with German Shepherds and currently has a sweet hearted Husky named Josie. Jared helped renovate both homes in Harwood and is very familiar with SWL's infrastructure. Jared absolutely loves dogs and brings a wide range of experience to SWL. He handles the day to day operation as well as dog drives. Jared currently lives onsite in Harwood with his dog Josie. Jared enjoys working out, traveling and long hikes with his girl Josie!
